Cubs Team History

Baseball in Chaska goes back to the late 1800s with teams called the White Diamonds and Silver Stars. In 1928, the town amateur baseball team would be known as the Chaska Cubs. Since then, the team has grown a rich history as the town and surrounding area has grown. Playing in various places previously, Athletic Park become home since 1950. We celebrate our baseball heritage looking back at some great moments and the people who played the game.
